MailFlow processes subscriptions through Creem. Monthly plans renew every 30 days, annual plans renew every 12 months, and you can cancel or downgrade anytime from My Orders before the next billing date.
What is your refund policy?
MailFlow is a digital service, so completed billing cycles are non-refundable unless required by law. If you spot a billing error, email tl18774902382@gmail.com within 30 days and review the Refund & Billing Policy for full details.
When do my credits expire?
Monthly plans include 100 or 300 credits that expire 30 days after deposit. Annual plans include 1,200 or 3,600 credits that remain valid for 12 months. We show remaining credits in the composer header.
